In collaborazione con il sito UnitedCattleProducts.co.uk ecco la fedele riproduzione di un libretto promozionale della United Cattle Products Ltd. del 1932, un ricettario (interamente in lingua inglese) che veniva distribuito ai clienti più fedeli e che riporta 99 ricette per gustare al meglio la trippa e la zampa bovina che si acquistava nei negozi della catena inglese di tripperie-ristorante della United Cattle Products Limited, una catena che non esiste ormai più da quasi mezzo secolo, centinaia di negozi scomparsi dal tessuto urbano ma sempre fortemente presenti nei ricordi di chi li frequentava assiduamente nel dopoguerra.
